Executive Business Administration EMBA
The Executive Business Administration EMBA
Program
Our Executive
Business Administration EMBA Program introduces advanced level management
techniques, including:
How the Executive EMBA is different with a regular
MBA?
The Executive EMBA
participants are about six years more experienced, on average, than the
traditional MBA. They are therefore about that much farther along in their
careers. In addition, the Executive EMBA Program has been designed to offer the
skills required for those about to enter the senior management ranks of their
organizations, rather than in-depth study in a specific functional area as in
the traditional MBA.
I do not have a Bachelor Degree,
can I still
apply?
Yes. Applicants are
with at least three years' managerial working experience. We would recommend that you should enroll in our course, to enter the
senior management ranks of your organization.

By using good tools to set service lëvels, and by identifying problems before they undermine quality or efficiency, call center managers can significantly improve system performance while enhancing the accountability of internal and external service providers. Strong, well-designed service standards offer the best way to control the expensive performance termites in today's increasingly complex contact center systems.
Because crm's tentacles reach into so many areas of a business, a [crm] system isn't something that can be implemented out of the box. Automating [crm] is an ongoing process, adding that no single vendor is able to supply all the pieces.
Today, the chief information officer [cio] is tasked with delivering more with so much less - working with reduced budgets whilst under orders to improve overall information technology [it] performance and capability.
CIOs can play a much larger role than in the past. But if they don't step up to that role, if the chief information officer [cio] isn't willing or able - and it can be both - then we believe it is still important for some entity to fill that role, either internally or externally.
Automated: The utility monitors and manages itself and takes action based on user-defined policies.
In a perfect world, [crm] marshals marketing materials, tracks customers' histories and coordinates a enterprise's multipronged interactions with its customers.
The Govern recommended that agencies address chief information officer [cio] turnover by implementing human capital flexibilities, such as recruiting bonuses, retention allowances and skill-based pay.
The key elements of a good project management consist of: 1 - Defining the project accurately, systematically clarifying objectives, 2 - Dividing the project up into manageable tasks and stages, 3 - Controlling the project through its stages using the project management definition as a baseline, 4 - Highlighting risks and developing specific procedures to deal with them, 5 - Providing mechanisms to deal with quality issues, 6 - Clarifying roles to provide the basis for effective teamwork.
Putting all customer relationship management [crm] facets into one coherent, organized presentation to the customer could require the services of a systems integrator. it would most certainly require training everyone from webmasters to call center workers to field sales technicians.
As a chief information officer [cio] you need to hone your leadership skills with a particular emphasis on relationship management and communications skills with executive peers, at the same time they continue to gather expertise in how technology and process innovation can improve their enterprise and manufacturer.
While the basic idea behind [crm] is easy, implementations are often bollixed because CEOs are suffering from techno lust, in love with shortcuts, and are operating with a sense of urgency. As soon as anyone in any manufacturer does this right, everyone else wants to jump on the bandwagon and have an instant solution. When a CEO sees the technology her competitor's using to bash her brains out, she simply orders the same stuff for her enterprise. There ís so much pressure on CEOs to do it now that they usually manage to avoid doing it right.
With a [crm] sales organizations can shorten the sales cycle and increase key sales-performance metrics such as revenue per sales representative, average order size, and revenue per customer.
A project management Rule: Make the project management setting a place where people can be their authentic selves without fear of judgement or mockery. Granting each other their legitimacy is the basis for the healthiest of relationships.
Monitoring a project management is like herding cats; as soon as you get one piece pointed in the right direction, the others will find some new mischief to get in to. Still, you do have to monitor your project management in order to manage them. Tracking progress on a project management should be a regular part of you daily routine, even if you have other duties that require your attention.
Good project management planning matches the work with the interests and capability of the specific people on your project. Even the beginner project Director/manager understands that competence matters when we ask people to do a task. Interests might matter more.

A typical project management starts with somëone having an idea, which then gains acceptance from a wider group: probably informally through discussion with colleagues and then through a more formal process involving senior management, the management committee or board. This leads to a fund-raising process, which usually causes significant delay, and then if the funding bid is successful the project management can start, staff can be appointed and work can begin. This work has to be planned and managed, problems dealt with, until the project management concludes, hopefully successfully, and is wound up.
Think of tasks as individual pieces of work which need to be done. Some typical tasks may include: 1 - Reports to management, 2 - Pieces of code for an application, 3 - project management definition documents, 4 - Any small [or large] item that contributes to reaching the state goal of the project management.
In most cases, a project management is planned down to the daily or even hourly level, and a formal schedule is developed using the Critical Path Method [CPM], a precedence-based technique that determines the sequence in which things must happen. Milestones punctuate most project management schedules, indicating the required completion of various steps.
project management [pm] is used by large corporations, governments, and smaller organizations to standardize and reduce the tasks necessary to complete a project in the most effective and efficient manner and covering any field.
resources are anything used to meet the stated goals of the project management: 1 - People, 2 - Machinery, 3 - Money.
crm applications can enable effective customer relationship management, provided that an enterprise has the right leadership, strategy, and culture.
The project Director/manager has to have decision-making authority to keep the objectives, schedule, and resources in balance. In reality, this may be difficult to achieve, but a project Director/manager should at least have a written statement defining his authority and which Director/manager they should go to for decisions beyond the scope of this authority.
With a general view of every angle, the customer relationship management [crm] computer system interacting directly with the clients through voice by phone [and voice recognition if necessary] without human actions, for marketing, sales, support, accounts, etc.
To obtain reliable answers, you need the ability to create customer intelligence from the mountains of disconnected customer data you collect on a daily basis.
The chief information officer [cio] have to understand what other people are doing and how the value chain is changing.
it is axiomatic that the goal of project management is to be successful, otherwise the incurring of this management overhead is a valueless exercise. First and foremost, project success needs to be defined in terms of the acceptability of the project's deliverables, e.g. scope, quality, relevance to client needs, effectiveness, etc.
Who are your best customers? What can you do to retain them? How can you attract others like them? How can you improve the profitability of all your customers? With tight budgets and demanding revenue targets, questions like these are increasingly urgent. To obtain reliable answers, you need the ability to create customer intelligence from the mountains of disconnected customer data you collect on a daily basis.
project management can provide the infrastructure that supports true transformation. it can enable previously disadvantaged individuals to create strategies for the successful undertaking of many of the required tasks of daily living.
technology travels in 80-year cycles: 40 years to get it to work right, and a second 40 years for it to impact society. Where does that put computers? The internet?
By using good tools to set service levels, and by identifying problems before they undermine quality or efficiency, call center managers can significantly improve system performance while enhancing the accountability of internal and external service providers. Strong, well-designed service standards offer the best way to control the expensive performance termites in today's increasingly complex contact center systems.

You must think about how to deliver shareholdër value. chief information officer [cio] don't just have a seat on the board – they belong to the board, the executive team. They must talk to City analysts and spend little or no time with suppliers talking product. They must talk to customers.
Nor does we focus on the hands-on running of information technology it, either in day-to-day or larger operations. The reason is a practical one: with a enterprise the size of AstraZeneca, monitoring all information technology [it] operations would be virtually impossible.
customer relationship management [crm] includes a broad set of approaches to improve customer- and channel-facing processes, foster collaboration, and provide unassited or self-service access to critical data and transactions.
The chief information officer [cio] have to understand what other people are doing and how the value chain is changing.
The tough economic climate drives businesses to seek rapid ROI on all information technology [it] investments - old and new. The CEO, CFO and the entire board need to see that information technology [it] is linking successfully with the overall business strategy of the organisation, and it is up to the chief information officer [cio] to demonstrate this.
The future debate will be crucial in understanding the respective contributions of information technology [it] and finance in controls and risk management, business-operations improvement, and growth—and the interdependencies of the chief information officer [cio] and CFO roles.
The project management [pm] is the application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to a broad range of activities to meet the requirements of the particular project.
A good project management is the most important tool for successfully delivering a complex project, but even the most knowledgeable Director/manager needs more than experience and gut feelings to close intricate implementation of a project management successfully.
All project managers are familiar with at least one CPM scheduling software application, such as Microsoft project, Primavera, Scitor project Scheduler, AEC FastTrack, CA-SuperProject, or Kidasa Milestones. Many scheduling applications are tailored to specific industries or project types, but all use CPM precedence methodology.
Students who master project management [pm] learn to lead improvement initiatives that result in measurable growth in Return-on-Investment ROI, economic value added, sales growth, customer satisfaction and retention, market share, time to market, employee satisfaction, and employee motivation.
A project management is a novel undertaking to create a new product or service the delivery of which signals completion. Projects are typically constrained by limited resources.
Ambiguity is perhaps one of the greatest causes of failure of a project management. Ambiguity causes scope creep, missed deadlines, run-away costs, under/over utilization of resources, and others. it is your job as project Director/manager to identify and eliminate ambiguities, otherwise your project management plan is nothing more than a guess.
The complexity of outsourcing drives closer collaboration between information technology [it] and finance. If you're trying to do a complex outsourcing deal, getting the financial aspects right and the governance aspects right is crucial.
The chief information officer [cio] shift is occurring on a systematic level, in the way that key business processes, such as budgeting and investment decision making, are handled. it is also occurring at a grassroots level, evident in the frequency, pace, and level of interaction between finance and information technology [it] staffs.
project management that are not well managed, and therefore go awry, are a drain on productivity and overall organizational effectiveness.

Simply put, successful [crm] is a fundamental, often painful changë in how a enterprise is organized - the sort of changes that need the CEO ís backing. Bluntly successful [crm] always starts with top management. If they don't lead the charge, it won't happen. Change in an organization that ís established is difficult. That ís where the real heavy work comes in.
Instead of having to purchase additional hardware to cater for peaks in demand, under-utilised resource from elsewhere within the business is harnessed. it also means better support for the business processes that depend on computing.
The three main areas that [crm] systems focus on are sales, customer service and marketing automation.
By exploring the customer Life Cycle from a functional, channel, and strategy perspective, you'll leave prepared to assess your business' readiness for [crm] and create a prioritized action plan focused on maximizing both short-term and long-term ROI.
What is project management pm?: From small and great businesses managing their client and internal projects, to professors managing their classrooms, to individuals managing their home improvement projects [and weddings], everyone is using project management to keep whatever it is they're working on organized and on track.
For quite some time, project management [pm] software tools have helped schedule and manage the time, materials, equipment, and labor to complete a project—efficiently, on time, and within budget.
The door between the chief information officer [cio] and CFO offices is opening wider, and the executives are building a path to regular interaction that allows the information technology [it] function to excel in meeting the business' needs, not simply to comply with regulatory mandates or budgetary strictures.
A project management Rule: Stay close to your customer. Clients’ concerns evolve over the life of a project. Take advantage of that to over-deliver. Stay in a conversation with your client to adjust what you are doing.
Everybody who profits from [crm] has their own definition of what it is, but they agreed as to what it is not: [crm] is not about technology any more than hospitality is about throwing a welcome mat on your front porch.
Implementing a customer relationship management [crm] system requires substantial time and resource commitments.
crm is a complete, fully integrated set of solutions designed to help you manage the customer-facing processes of your business efficiently and cost-effectively.
A project management Rule: Tightly couple learning with action. Projects are wonderful opportunities to learn. Don’t put that off for the after project lessons learned. Make it your habit to incorporate learning loops in all your project activities. Your team will appreciate it. Your customer will benefit from it. And best of all, it will make your job easier.
The implementation of a great customer relationship management [crm] system can help you grow your business much faster than your competitors. But with all the new technologies and data-mining capabilities out there, taking advantage of [crm] can be pretty complicated.
By providing the means to manage and coordinate customer interactions, customer relationship management [crm] technology helps enterprises maximize the value of every customer interaction and in turn drive improved corporate performance.
project management includes developing a project plan, which includes defining the project management goals and objectives, specifying tasks or how goals will be achieved, what resources are need, and associating budgets and timelines for completion.
